For Cassidy Bach, real estate is about much more than houses, it’s about people, relationships, and helping clients build a future they’re excited about.

A lifelong Montgomery County native, Cassidy grew up in the Gaithersburg/North Potomac area before attending the University of Delaware, where she earned her degree in Hospitality Industry Management. Her hospitality background shaped the way she approaches real estate today: with a strong emphasis on communication, personal service, attention to detail, and creating a positive experience from start to finish.

As a REALTOR® with Keller Williams, Cassidy is licensed in both Maryland and Delaware. Based in Montgomery County, she primarily serves clients throughout the I-270 corridor from Gaithersburg to Frederick and the surrounding communities, while also working across Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, and Anne Arundel Counties.

Cassidy especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and real estate investors. She takes the time to make the buying process approachable and easy to understand while also helping clients think beyond a single transaction and explore how real estate can support their long-term financial and lifestyle goals.

Her Delaware license also allows her to serve clients along the Delaware beaches, whether they’re searching for a primary residence, second home, vacation property, or investment opportunity.

Outside of real estate, Cassidy has a love for travel, hospitality, exploring new places, and discovering the restaurants, neighborhoods, and hidden gems that make a community feel like home. She brings that same curiosity and enthusiasm to getting to know her clients and understanding what they’re truly looking for.
